Workout Tips To Maximize Great Physique 

Hello and welcome to Samuel Tith Podcast or blog.  In this episode, I interviewed my wife who was a model in her college year. She managed to stay fit through out all these years by doing her easy workout routine. She said that the key to stay fit is to keep going to the gym and to never quit. She also shared the simple workout tips that help her maintaining her physical fitness all this time. 

Here are some simple steps to stay physically fit:

  1. Drink at least a bottle of pure water containing at least 12oz of water.
  2. Do warm up by walking or jogging about 5-10 minutes before you do your stretching. Continued jogging or running from 20-30 minutes to raise up your heart rate.
  3. Do weights lifting session either by smith machine or free weights.
  4. Stretch after your workout regiment or during rest periods. 
  5. Always check with your doctor if you have any physical challenges.
