I started my 90 Day Challenge on September 1, 2016. It was indeed a very challenging that required time and commitment. I decided to do this challenge to promote health and wellness as well as to raise awareness to love, peace and healing.
So every day, I woke up early in the morning to get to the gym at about 5:00. I warm up first by going to the eliptrical or tread mill machine. Next I work out with weights, push ups, sit ups and free weights.
Here are my 90 Day Challenge video clips.
Over head triceps workout
Flex your face, the chest, arms, and biceps. And then release to relax.
Shoulders stretch help after each set while resting or waiting for the next set.
Balance standing on one foot and kick, 3 sets of 15 from each foot.
Shoulder press, 3 sets of 15 reps, 100lbs, 200lbs, 275lbs.
35 Push ups once, twice, and the third time.
At the end of my workout, I relax by taking several deep breaths and do the visual meditation by focusing on my body awareness from the bottom of my feet all the way up to my head. I closed out my workout by saying thanks, love, peace and pass it on. Hope you find this article helpful and motivated to push or pull you to exercise.
